According to apple.com, the iPhone 11 Pro has a 5.8 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, which has a resolution of 458 ppi and a contrast ratio of 2,000,000 to 1. The S20+ has a larger, 6.7 inch dynamic OLED display with 525 ppi. This means that the S20+ has more pixels per inch and has a higher refresh rate of 120hz compared with the 60hz that the iPhone has.
The iPhone has a IP68 rating and, according to apple.com, can be submerged up to 13 foot for 30 minutes, bu the S20+ has the same IP68 rating with 3 foot resistance for 30 minutes, the same as the S20.
The iPhone 11 Pro has the same A13 Bionic chip with the third generation neural engine as the iPhone 11. The Samsung S20+ has the Snapdragon 865 chip from Quallcomm. According to tomsguide.com, the iPhone 11 Pro has 4 GB of RAM and the S20+ has 12 GB of RAM. The iPhone 11 Pro slightly beats the S20+ on performance.
The Samsung Galaxy S20+ has a 12 MP wide camera and a 12 MP ultra wide camera and also a 64 MP telephoto camera. The iPhone 11 Pro also has a triple camera set up with 12 MP wide, ultra wide and telephoto cameras. The S20+ has a optical fingerprint sensor built into the display, so that you can just press your finger onto the screen to unlock it. It also has facial recognition, but it isn't as sophisticated as the system on the iPhone that uses Face ID. It also has an infrared camera to take a picture of the face. All of this combined means that, according to apple.com, the chance of a random person unlocking an iPhone is 1 in 1,000,000, compared with the 1 in 50,000 chance with Touch ID.
The iPhone has a maximum capacity of 256 GB and the S20+ has a maximum capacity of 128 GB.
